When placing your order please include the purchase order number, name of the institution, shipping and billing address, catalogue number, product description, quantity and any other pertinent information.

Phone Orders
Our customer service representatives will be happy to take your order Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Fax Orders
Orders may be faxed at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Confirming orders is not required.

Confirming Orders
Confirming orders is not required, however, if you send a confirmation, please mark it clearly to avoid duplication.

Prices
catalogue prices are shown in US dollars and are current at the time of catalogue publication. They are subject to change due to varying market conditions. We will gladly quote current prices on request.

Terms
Terms of payment are "Net 30 Days" as stated on Rainbow Scientific, Inc. invoices.

Shipping
Stock orders received by 4:00 EST are shipped the same day. All domestic freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All shipments are F.O.B. Windsor, CT. All orders should be checked for damage before acceptance of delivery from the carrier. Damaged goods should not be accepted.

Returning Products
When returning merchandise, please first consult Rainbow Scientific, Inc. for proper shipping instructions or proper credit cannot be assured. Only merchandise shipped or ordered in error is eligible for return, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt if credit is to be applied. Items ordered in error are to be shipped prepaid by the customer and only unopened original containers are eligible for return.

Warranty
Rainbow Scientific, Inc. warrants that all products will perform according to the specifications stated on the certificate of analysis, and agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. This warrants Rainbow Scientifics' liability only to the cost of the product. No warranty is given for products beyond their listed expiration date. No warranty is applicable unless all product components are stored according to instructions. If spoiling or thawing has occurred in transit, please call our customer service department. We assume no responsibility or liability for any special or consequential loss or damage occurring from any delay that is unavoidable or beyond our control.

Credits
When applicable, Rainbow Scientific, Inc. shall issue product credits for 100% of the product value and shipping charges. These product credits may be applied to the product of your choice on future orders or to an outstanding accounts receivable balance. No product credit shall be available for use if a past due balance is outstanding on the account. No cash refunds will be issued.
